I ordered a few electrical bits for a job and most of it arrived as expected. Packaging was fine, delivery wasn’t anything unusual, and at first glance it all seemed straightforward. I only realised once I was getting started that one of the items was the wrong size, which meant I had to pause everything and sort that out before I could carry on.

Customer service did get back to me in the end, but I had to follow up a couple of times, so it wasn’t exactly smooth. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, and the rest of the order was okay, but it would definitely help if orders were checked a bit more carefully before being sent out

If anything, they maybe went a bit overboard with the tape, but I’d rather that than broken parts.
